We woke up to no heat on one of the coldest days with the weekend forecast even colder. They were able send sen someone out the same day for an estimate and install just a few days later. Orville was very thorough with our options and they were able to have a quick install. They even loaned us space heaters. Definitely a company we will recommend to others. A friend recommended Baxters to me last year & I’ll never use another company. I’ve used them 3 times so far. The first time, I was on maternity leave, our toilet was backing up into our bathroom. They came & cleared the pipes (turns out there was tree root in it). While doing this, they noticed our one furnace was leaking & replaced the valve for us! The second time, I was still on maternity leave & hadn’t even had a chance to pay for their first visit, but they still came out & fixed our problem - our second furnace was leaking BAD, lost a whole tank of oil & I was worried about CO2.
