Always a great experience. Dr. Hoffman has been my vet for many many years. I'm so glad I was able to follow her to Staley's. I definitely like the idea of having an appointment. They work with my schedule. Very caring and explains everything she is doing. Answers all my questions.

Where to begin...the customer service I received on the phone was great! Dr. Becca (she's great by the way) came out within a few hours of calling to exam my baby goat...she was very reassuring and took some samples to examine for further diagnosis...she even showed up the next day with additional medication for my little guy! What really "got my goat" was the bill...My jaw dropped when it came and was 1/3 of what I was anticipating! We will definitely be return clients! Thanks everyone
