Need blue but got brown and black eyelash color. Got home returned products because $29 each color. No problem with returned exchange. Very pleasant staff in Horsham pa. But i purchase them in a New Jersey store it was a turn off and no help. I had to go get a person to wait on me. When I did she couldn't realy help me with what I was asking about the products. She was merely just a sales girl and need customer service skill and education about the products with knowledge of what is what. She had no clue. I used to love that location they were super nice but today the lady acted like she had no time for me and was rude when I checked out , I treated myself to stuff I hadn’t in months and left feeling like why did I give my money to them, not going back to that location, can’t wait till the one near my house opens

Waited WAAAAY longer than necessary in line. One person working the register with 6 people in line. Then they made the person sign up for something while we are all sitting there just waiting to make our purchases. It literally took the person in front of me a good 6 to 7 minutes to get through the line. Very frustrating.
