Mr Eye Dr, thank you It was a pleasure to update my glasses and eye prescriptions. Finally, I bought RX Sunglasses because it was affordable at 50% off. And my Work Computer glasses, desperately needed a face lift, Crystal helped me pick out the coolest frames. I even opted in on a plain pair of reading glasses, putting new lens in my old frame. Dr. David McPhillips was thoughtful and professional, I felt at ease. I trusted his years of experience and was not disappointed. All the staff were pleasant. Didn't have the best experience last time I went but I've been going there for years and I never had a problem until then. Just make sure you tell them which contacts u want to be fitted for before hand or else they will fit u to this random brand that you can only order through their office.
Using PECA has been a great experience so far for me. From the moment I spoke with Joanne, who was the consummate professional, putting me in with Dr. McPhillips within 36 hours of my request. Entering the practice I was greeted by Kayla (kind, professional, considerate), who within moments of my arrival had me through the administrative process. Within mere moments, I was in my appointment with Dr. McPhillips. I appreciated Dr. McPhillips course of action to deal with my eye-care issue. As important, the Doctor listened attentively to my concerns, and provided easy answers. Up to this point, I'm pleased with PECA-Horsham, Dr. McPhillips and Joanne/Kayla!
