Jim is the best! Jim runs his business, Jim is the one to give the estimate, Jim is the one who shows up to do the job. Mastercare is Jim’s company and it shows in the quality of his work and the professionalism of his demeanor. Friendly and efficient, Jim benefits from insights from years of experience and you be surprised at the difference it makes, I was. After years of renting my own equipment to hiring it out I’m so glad that I found someone who is doing the job and taking personal pride in his craft. His name might not be on the truck, but Jim IS Mastercare Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and it shows. A+
