My family has been going to Gus' for years. Their customer service is really wonderful. My stylist Kelly is awesome. She's really sweet and kind and always does just what I want with my hair. I recommend this place all the time.

At first, I truly was not happy with my color results. I sent an email and immediately the owner encouraged me to explain why I was unhappy. I advised what I truly wanted and since my time was limited, he put me with a different stylist, Erika. When I tell you she was AMAZING, this is no joke. She was so patient, careful, and passionate about giving me the results I wanted. She warned me that this time around will only be the first step, but it was definitely a step in the right direction. It's hard to find a stylist who truly understands what their clients want, but Erika was a winner.
