I absolutely love Horsham Vet! My childhood dog went here for his vet visits, and now that I'm an adult with two cats of my own, so do both of them. The staff members are all always polite, friendly and kind. The prices are about the same as any other vet. They do very thorough examinations and send out reminders when your pets are due for exams and/or vaccines/boosters. One of my cats gets extremely anxious (the one that was seen there today) when she leaves the house. They are both indoor-only. We once again had our dog, Nova (cavapoo) groomed by Maddie. She always does a fantastic job. The first time Nova went she was scared to death, but now has no problem thanks to Maddie’s caring ways and patience. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful that we have dealt with.
Our normal vet was unable to see our dog when she was sick because her illness was above what they could handle. Horsham Veterinary Hospital offered a same day appointment with Dr. Balandovich. After her visit, she had to be seen elsewhere for higher level services and the staff found an appointment for her for the next day (we didn’t have to call ourselves). We unfortunately had to put her to sleep a few days later due to how ill she was and Horsham offered an appointment with Dr. Balandovich again the same day. They were kind to our family during a very difficult time and walked us through the process so we knew what to expect. I would recommend this veterinary practice.
