Gen was super professional and knowledgeable! I received a brow lamination service, along with a brow tent and wax and I am NOT dissatisfied! I love it actually ! I will be back ! Such a fun place to get your brows shaped the way you love.
I had an amazing experience at Ulta with Arch Specialist N’deia, she was professional and did a terrific job on my brows. My skin is sensitive and I had no reaction and no sting from the wax which is of course the desired result. The shape and color of my brows looks sooooo good. I’m really happy and will be a returning customer for sure.
N'dea is the best! My brows have never looked better She mapped them out before waxing and even filled them in afterwards. My old place never did that. She helped me find a great brow pencil that actually matches my brows. 10/10 will keep coming back.
