I just want to give a shout out to Danette and Jim for the great advice for my new wood burner. All and the new cap that was installed NO MORE BIRDS
Got left in the lurch by another company, I called Jim last minute on Thursday before the storm and he made extra effort to come out on Friday and take care of us. Wonderful guy and does a great job, will 100% be back.
My experience with the chimney sweep was great. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he was out at my place on Friday afternoon.
My chimney was clogged and preventing my furnace from being used. In a couple of hours of work on Friday, the chimney sweep had me up and running: chimney unclogged with a new cap on top. And, working through him was cheaper than my other options!
Overall The Chimney Sweep seemed to be a professional, family owned business that provided prompt, necessary services for me and my household to restore our heat in the middle of winter.
