“I was referred to Murray PT for assessment and help with lower lumbar pain. while I’m sure every case is different, I got what I needed in just two sessions. Amy assessed my condition based on my personal history and her observation. she showed me some exercises and stretches that she thought would help. she provided descriptions and diagrams for each exercise.They did help! In my second session, Amy went over my questions and made sure I was doing the exercise exercises correctly She prescribed one new stretch that was unique to my situation. she provided notes on points to remember. to get the full benefit. I found that doing a number of these exercises in the morning sets me up for the day. I am proceeding independently now. If anything else arises., Murray would be my choice for additional PT and coaching. this is a professional outfit with an upbeat vibe”
