I have been going to Northeast eye in Honesdale about five years. I have been satisfied with the service I receive. My main issue was with eye drops the doctor ordered for dry eyes which is relatively small issue. At the pharmacy I was told the eyes drops cost $700. I refused them. The doctor then ordered another brand. The pharmacist called to to tell me they were $300. I refused them. No senior citizen can afford this. I think doctors have no idea what pharmaceutical companies are charging.
My daughter is 13 been going to Northeast Eye since about 3. Frattali Mary J MD Saved her sight and has been a God send for my daughter. This past Saturday I needed an emergency visit for her and called Northeast Eye in Honesdale Pa and I believe the Dr name was Emily. She was fun and cheerful very thorough and took my daughter in without hesitation. I called and explained the situation and they said bring her in. I was so grateful and the staff was fantastic. Northeast Eye has always been the best for my daughter
They took me as a walk in. I had a very inflamed and painful eye. Very professional. Dr. Jones was thorough and solved my issue. I will definitely go back. My husband was so impressed that he even said we should use them for our eyeglasses.
