I met three of the nicest people today. The Staff at the Northeast Eye Institute went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The young lady at the front desk was super cool and reassuring. The other young lady who checked me in put up with my nervousness and even laughed at a couple of my bad jokes. The young lady Doctor was so easy to talk to, professional, and also reassuring ! 5 stars all day long !!
I found everyone here to be knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. They answered every question I had and every concern. the doctor was so nice. You feel like your friends with everyone there what a wonderful and professional place to have your eye care done.
Dr. Chris Jordan is the man. He's s polite and very knowledgeable. The staff always has a smile and a warm welcome as you enter for your appointment. NEI has been my eye doctors for 25 yrs and I will continue with them.
