I've been driving EVs since 2020 and I've NEVER had such good service as I did here. Other dealer service centers will accept appointments and then not have a EV tech available or will take hours to do extremely simple EV maintenance. This place reached out ahead of time to confirm that they'd have an EV tech on-hand, then only took an hour to do the scheduled maintenance for a VERY reasonable price. I also never felt like I was being talked down to as a woman, which I've experienced elsewhere. I'm so relieved to find a place in NEPA that will make maintenance less of a hassle.
The Service Center was a HUGE help. Manny S went above and beyond when we encounterend a paperwork issue. He could have just let us figure it out- Instead, he stepped in and made sure we got to where we neded to be. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Looking forward to doing business again. This was the best dealership I've ever used. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like I do whenever I'm shopping for a new car. We ended up buying two new vehicles there (which wasn't planned), yes we loved the cars, but more importantly we just felt at ease with the process here. Everything was so easy and smooth. Chris S was amazing, never pushed us one way or another. He was extremely easy to work with and Wendy was fantastic with the financing, answered every question, and was so helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.
