They had most of what I needed. I ordered online and chose to pick up.I received no free products, even though on the online order I was supposed to get them.The store employees were definitely not pleased to help me find extra items I wanted to get. It was not even busy when I went.Overall, I prefer Sephora for friendliness, helpfulness, and introduction to new products through free bonus gifts.This was a lousy experience. I am glad it was a short shopping trip. Sadly, it was an expensive trip.I’d give it two stars if they didn’t have most of what I wanted. Service wise, it was a two star stop.

I had questions regarding the color glazes. The sweetest young lady "laqueela"?.... listened to this seniors questions and complaints about a recent experience with another salon. The nicest person have ever met at this store.

Cindy is the absolute best, and such an asset to Ulta and Benefit BrowBar. I am not a huge makeup user, but I want my brows to look good…so she is the only reason I shop at Ulta and She is the only person I will let near my brows! Thank you Cindy, not only for your amazing work but also for always being so kind.
