Had an appointment today, which was relatively easy to make. When I got there I was seated by a woman within about 15 minutes of my appointment. The woman looked at my nails and told me the previous salon had put the current powder on my nails too thick, which made my nail beds appear curved. I agree. She started removing the powder from my nails, but after the man came in he took over. He did an okay job but with ombre nails, you should be able to tell the difference in colors used. I told him that I wanted a light purple and a darker purple. Long story short, my nails look like a translucent mauve all over. Are there shops in Pittsburgh, that truly know how to do ombre nails?
Full set acrylics with gel polish $60 & took just 45min. Place could have been cleaner, the towel under my hands was very used with stuck on acrylic bits. But nails look lovely and Tracy was very nice!
I've been going here for years to get a deluxe pedicure for years. Upon walking in I was greeted and signed my name in the service book, no less then 10 mins passed before I was being seated in the pedicure chair. It took about 30-45 mins for the whole pedicure . I received a clay massage and scrub massage along with a hot towel massage on my lower legs and feet. I was absolutely relaxed and fell asleep in the chair multiple times. Pedicure tubs are extremely clean as well as the store. Customer service was amazing.
