I had a fantastic experience at Springfield Opticians! Everyone was incredibly kind, from the front desk to the exam room. I never felt rushed or like just another patient in an assembly line. The doctor was gentle and attentive, making the entire process comfortable. My glasses arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of both the exam and eyewear, especially since I don’t have vision insurance. I truly appreciate their fair pricing and excellent service. I’m looking forward to making Springfield Opticians my go-to eye care provider!

Always a pleasure. Efficient and friendly staff. Everyone was patient with all my questions on pricing and what was covered by insurance. My husband has also previously come here for a scratched cornea and they were able to see him immediately and get him taken care of.

Eye exam was fine, not Dr. Anna,but good exam. Went out to pick glasses, only one person to help and they were very busy with a family that was purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. I tried on several pairs while waiting and had a selection ready. After a long wait the person was available to help but thought I was waiting for eye drops or something. I felt like she was not too interested and I was tired of waiting. My glasses were fine and she was friendly enough,but I think she was new. Too long of a wait.
