John was so awesome! So nice and very professional! He explained everything! Looked in places the last exterminator didn’t even bother to check! And treated the apt from top to bottom! Give that man a raise and don’t let him leave your company cause it’s ppl like him that will be giving your business more business just from word of mouth! Very good experience with this company. The tech was very friendly and sprayed the ant infested area and treated the ground with a powder. Even suggested what I could plant in the infected area since it is against a brick wall of house and nothing seems to grow because of the heat. Never thought of planting cactus Thx again
I’m giving modern 5 stars when it should be 10! Had Joe million come out to check out my Carpenter bee problem. Took care of the problem within days bees dropping like they said. No more bees besides one floating around the day Joe came back to spray again. Joe was excellent with explaining everything and recommended certain things. All around good experience after a bad one with another pest control company. I’ll be a customer of modern cause I feel like they aren’t tryna just get money from you. They genuinely want to help. That’s hard to come by
