My favorite moment? I came in with a last-minute dress emergency for my kiddo. I expected a polite “nope,” but they said yes and are making it happen. Heroes in thread and fabric.
Pro tip: Drop off at least an hour before closing on weekdays. If they plan to leave early for near-holiday pick-ups, they’ll tell you at drop off.

Had an amazing experience here. My daughter had a prom dressed ordered online and measurements were not correct. I went to multiple places and everyone refused to fix the dress. I just knew I threw away my money. A close friend recommended Gateway Cleaners and the woman working there was more than accommodating. She guaranteed her work and was able to rush the service for my daughter to have her dress on time for her prom. I was 100% happy with the outcome and professional service we received. When i was 3 months pregnant i got engaged and my mom bought me a beautiful white maternity bridal dress to wear (bought for a 3-4 month pregnant woman) i didn't get married until i was 7 months pregnant so the dress obviously didn't fit anymore! I came here with little expectations that they could help in this situation but the wife (family owned business, so friendly and nice) was determined to get my very pregnant belly in it, she made tons of alterations, added a train clip and just went above and beyond and IT FIT!!
