We started rescuing special needs and senior cats this year. Our old vet clinic we went to never helped us, our two oldest cats were always sick and never getting better. They never ran tests or gave medicine unless I literally outright demanded it. Our oldest senior boy got a horrific eye infection, and I found out the previous clinic gave him eye gel that was actually dangerous for the condition that he had and could have blinded him. I stopped use right away and pulled him from the old vet clinic. I had had enough. Thanks to my mom, I made an appointment with Sylvan instead. It was my first time here, but we switched all of our animals over to Sylvan completely afterward....read full review

Cannot recommend this place enough. We had a bit of an emergency, and they went above and beyond to make special accommodations to help us out. They really care about their work and it shows

On a few occasions, I can hear the techs baby-talking my cat while I’m sitting in the check out part of the waiting area. It’s cool to know that’s how they treat your pet even when you’re not in the room. And it shows the staff really enjoys what they do. They’ve always showed up for us and I’m grateful. Thank you!
