We had 5 hair and makeup appointments, and Roxy sent a detailed itinerary ahead of time with appointment times and exactly who would be doing each person's hair and makeup. That level of organization made the entire day run smoothly.

A huge thank you to Daena, Alissa, Liv, and Lizzy for their professionalism, kindness, and amazing talent. Each artist took the time to make everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, and the makeup turned out absolutely stunning. “I cannot say enough good things about Karol and my experience with her. I came to her after having my hair done somewhere else just two days prior, and unfortunately it was not what I had asked for. I was really upset and nervous about trying to fix it, but Karol immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. I was greeted right away, offered water, coffee, and snacks, and the atmosphere felt very relaxing and inviting.

What stood out most to me was how patient, honest, and thorough Karol was throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly listen to what I originally wanted, understand what went wrong previously, and explain every option in detail so I felt informed and comfortable. I really appreciated her honesty about protecting the integrity of my hair and not over-processing it with more bleach. She educated me on how toning could help achieve a softer, more blended blonde while still keeping me blonde, which eased a lot of my anxiety.

She never rushed me and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. She even worked with me earlier in the day and took her time until everything felt right. By the end of the appointment, my hair looked beautiful, healthy, and so much more like the vision I originally had in mind.

Karol is incredibly talented, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. You can tell she truly values her clients and the health of their hair. I left feeling confident, beautiful, and so grateful I found her.
