Penn State Health Therapy Services

Had my first PT appointment today after a ruptured achilles and wanted to shout out all of the great people who helped me. First off I came in with a script not sure where to go or what to do. Mira was so sweet and took care of me right away. I was missing some information so she filled in the gaps and got me on the schedule for my first appointment. Meagan signed me in and took care of the rest. I really appreciate you both! Troy is my physical therapist. He also filled in the missing spaces since I did not get my surgery done by the Penn State Health Group. He was awesome to say the least. Teresa my Physical Therapist is amazing. When I first went for therapy I could barely raise my arm up half way. I had my last session a week ago today. I have full use now of my arm, thanks to my Therapist for her guidance & skill getting me physically is shape again. My arm is as good as new. While Teresa was on vacation I had Michelle for 2 weeks & she too was great. I couldn't be more pleased at the outcome.
Also, I want to mention too that as far as the check in & check out personnel, I was always greeted with a smile & politeness.
Thanks to everyone there for making my journey to wellness again a pleasant one.

The trainers are phenomenal, and I can’t say enough good about them. The front desk staff, however, is rude, condescending, and ineffective. In fact, if someone would message me a phone number of who to speak to, I would love to share feedback, you may find valuable.
