The staff is friendly, efficient, and competent, ensuring a professional experience. Patients praise the center's ability to explain procedures and options thoroughly in clear and easily understood language, making them feel at ease and able to make an informed decision. The doctors are amazing, intelligent, and deeply passionate about their patients, placing patient safety and interest forefront. The check out staff handles difficult situations with aplomb. While the overall experience can take time due to comprehensive appointments, the quality of medical service is top-notch.
Dr Neely is wonderful. I am so grateful for the care l've received from her over the past 6 years. She's helped me through some pretty scary eye issues, when no one else could, and she always figures it out! She is so kind and caring and goes above and beyond every time I see her. I’ve had many doctors at Pennstate and no one comes close to the care I receive with Dr. Neely.

Dr Esther Bowie did my mom eye surgery,
This is her 2nd surgery, did other eye year ago. She is simply amazing, intelligent, and cares for her patients so much! Could have not asked for anyone better, will highly use her and will highly recommend her service.
I haven't been here in 5 or 6 years due to the long distance becoming unmanageable. But i came here to say that I spent a 1/4 of my life coming here and can't praise the glaucoma specialists enough! Everyone i have seen over the years, whether they moved on or retired, were deeply passionate about their patients. They went above and beyond to place patient safety and interest forefront. Even at times when my pressure was continually unstable, they wanted me to come the next morning before the office even opened to recheck it.
