My mom, sister and I just visited in Saturday 12/20/2025, we had 3, 50 minute Swedish massages, the experience was great except the massage therapist my sister had kept repeatedly burping throughout her whole massage and it really ruined it for her massage because of the frequency throughout the entire 50 minutes. This was very disappointing.
A round of applause to the Melt Spa, in Hershey, PA for giving my daughter and I a beautiful afternoon escape this past 11/11/25! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like celebrities, surrounded by a comfortable ambiance and lots of those delicious Hershey chocolates! Special compliments to Gabriella who gave me the best manicure ever and to her mom, Cheryl, who gave my daughter a gorgeous pedicure. They are a mom and daughter duo who truly care about the care they give. Wonderful inspiring women who made our day so very special. Loved the stories we shared! The cocoa in the relaxation room really is some of the best I've ever had. My husband and I both had the Dark Chocolate Spa package with scrub, massage, and facial. The scrub was lack luster and I will not do it again. The dry brushing was less than comprehensive and the scrub itself was hardly exfoliating. I have had better scrubs with a nylon mit in Korean bath houses. Save yourself the mess and do your own in the tub or shower at home. The massage and facial were absolutely worth doing though. Next time we go, we will explore some other service to complete our spa day while keeping with the massage and facial. The shower in my room also dripped the entire time... read full review
