The office itself is beautiful and Miss J was wonderful with my daughter! Genuinely sweet, and my daughter loved her visit! Dr. Srivastava recommended filling three teeth we’d been treating with SDF, and we scheduled the appointments for 4pm so I wouldn’t have to pull her out of school. I even got text confirmations and a reminder card with that date.
Two weeks later, I got a text with a completely different, earlier date and time. When I called to ask about it, the front desk was combative and insisted our original appointment never existed even though I have a confirmation text and reminder card. Riley did an amazing job on my cleaning today. I normally hate cleanings because they are painful. I never had a painless cleaning. She’s awesome.
She also gave me a tooth brush and a little toothpaste which I thought was cute because I haven’t gotten that since I was a kid haha.
Dr. Patel has been my dentist for 8 years, providing excellent dentistry and detailed treatment plans, as warranted. His staff have treated me well and have extended excellent customer relations. Most recently, his staff contacted me to offer an earlier appointment, which unfortunately, I could not accept. This action means a lot to me. It had been a while since my initial review of Hershey Dental Care, so it was time for an update.
