I closed on a property through GT 2 years ago. Now have a buyer. Suggested he use GT as they have much of the paperwork. They found out previous closing agent forgot to get 2 partners to sign off. GT did not respond to my email about delay, so I called. They told me the above. 2 weeks later, they still havent contacted those partners. (Both are local). I need to close this year or large tax bill. Looks like I'm going to have to file a claim with insurance co. Suggest you find a different company, plenty out there. ;(
