They got the property description wrong in the title for my new house. The closing was last year and I'm still trying to get a corrected title. I send another email each month requesting a copy of the corrected title and call them but they just ignore me and don't answer their phone.
STOP. RECONSIDER using this company. We had a HORRIBLE experience with them during our recent closing. Multiple attempts to contact them over multiple days. No response. Were it not for our realtor closing would not have happened. When the title company closing agent was questioned about documents required to be sent/signed they nonchalantly said something to the effect of 'we have had so many closings today we just haven't had time to send out the documents'. SO, they are either TOTALLY UNDER STAFFED or they are SO GREEDY that you are just a number on a piece of paper.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. (Side note - Completely pissed that the state regulates the fee from both buyer and seller that these people get). WHAT MOTIVATION do they have to even try harder OR price their service relative to the way they do business? The whole process is flawed and THIS COMPANY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BOTH THE SYSTEM AND THE CUSTOMERS. Bottom line....USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
