We have been a long time customer at the Grove City location going back over 16 years. Unfortunately when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved pet, we had to go to their Hermitage location. As saddened as we were about the situation, the staff made us as comfortable as could be given what was having to happen. They didn’t rush or push my daughters to say goodbye. They gave us a private room and told us to take as long as we needed with our babygirl. It allowed us to depart on our terms and not a “sorry for your loss, next please …” type scenario. Dr. Celeste Blumerich is the best! She has so much compassion for animals and only wants the best care for them. She is up front and honest, which I truly appreciate, and gives many options regarding treatment. What I absolutely love about her is she will try everything to give your pet in poor health palliative care at home before even making euthanasia an option. I know my babies are in the best of her care!
I was so pleased and impressed with the entire staff and Dr. Perkins who took care of my new kitten. She has an upper respiratory infection and is now on meds and doing well. Thank you Whispering Pines.
