A big thanks to the Caste Village office, quick and friendly attention to a hearing aid failure. The hearing aid had the gall to fail just prior to this past holiday weekend. How miserable for a now addicted user, the loss of hearing so much more acute now that he knows what he is missing. Our only complaint is that we only have our Audiologist two days per week. There was a cancellation so they squeezed us in. We are two grateful clients for this very vital service. Margaret and Robert Vickless
