While visiting from Florida I stopped in at 8am, opening time for a trim. Was greeted immediately by 3 employees. Tori cut My hair and did a great job, she was a very interesting young lady and if I lived here I would be back to have her cut my hair again.
Haven’t went here in a while due to a bad experience about a year ago. But, I took my kids here a couple days ago and they did an excellent job on both kids. They have almost all different stylists and they are all great
They were short staffed! I requested a "style" done on my daughter( which is on the wall of services they do) they denied it because of being short on staff. I requested they "clean up" my sons beard... again too short staffed. His haircut was not what we wanted, I told her again what we needed for his super curly hair... for his graduation ceremony. She continued, asked again, still not what we wanted, I just wanted to leave so I excepted what they gave both my children! After a $10 tip for both of them not providing listed services and not making sure the customer (me) was satisfied!
