Lulu the nail tech does great work and cares about all her clients. Maddie for hair does great work too. Brunette with rosegold lights is a favorite. Just recently moved to the area, so I was a first-time visit. Claudia did a wonderful job on my hair and I left with the style I was hoping for. I’ll be back for future services.
Don’t know where to start the atmosphere here is so calm and welcoming. Even when it got busy they were welcoming and trying to juggle everything. My mom, friend, and I had our hair, nails, and toes done and someone called off and lulu ended up doing feet and nails. And let me tell you she’s a wonderful amazing caring person. She went above and beyond for us making everything a perfect day for us even being short handed she stayed till midnight to finish us up and make everything perfect. Claudia was incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind during a very personal and difficult time in my life. I needed help having a wig customized to look more natural and realistic. From the moment I walked through the door, Claudia treated me with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. What could have been a stressful and emotional appointment instead became a positive, uplifting experience because of her warmth, patience, and understanding. I was also touched by her incredible generosity and heart. After spending so much time helping me, Claudia refused to accept payment and would not even allow me to leave a tip.
