“I had an outstanding experience with Shine Hill Stone from start to finish. Magdalena was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. What I thought would be a quick countertop selection turned into nearly six months of searching, changing my mind, and reconsidering different stones — and through all of it, Magdalena remained patient, encouraging, and unbelievably helpful. She never pushed me toward what I originally wanted just because that was the first choice. Instead, she truly listened, guided me with thoughtful design suggestions, and helped me find the perfect stone for our kitchen.

Both Magdalena and Jack came to our home not only to measure, but also to help bring the entire kitchen vision together. Their experience and eye for design made such a difference.

The installation itself was equally impressive. Jack and his crew, especially Carlos, did an amazing job. Our walls and cabinets had imperfections, yet somehow they made everything look flawless. The island slab was enormous — incredibly long and wide — and I believe it was the largest piece they have ever fabricated for a client. I specifically wanted it installed as one seamless piece, which made the job extremely difficult. The slab was so massive that part of our deck actually had to be disassembled just to bring it into the house! Despite the challenge, the team handled it with professionalism, care, and precision.

The final result is stunning and exceeded my expectations. Shine Hill Stone truly combines craftsmanship, patience, problem-solving, and customer care. I am beyond grateful to Magdalena, Jack, Carlos, and William for creating such a beautiful finished product for our home. Highly recommend!“
