Had a massage with Ben today and it was extraordinary. Ben blended techniques (stretching, breathwork), and I left feeling amazing. The shop is very clean and calming. Can't wait to book another appointment!
Athletes- Joanne has magic hands! I am an ultramarathoner who was dealing with a nagging glute issue. I tried it all on my own- theragun, foam roller, lacrosse ball, you name it. Joanne pinpointed the source of my issue before I even laid down on the table. The relief was almost immediate. A week later, I ran a new 45 mile personal best- with NO glute issues. Highly recommend.
Joanne is an awesome massage therapist who will leave you feeling pain free, after your session and the next following few weeks. My massage with her was therapeutic and thorough. I find it amazing this lady has been a massage therapist for over 3 decades!
