Rick was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and what to expect. In the past my husband and I were afraid of effecting the outdoor environment, so this was the first time we’ve used an exterminator. Rick made us feel very comfortable. Being a teacher with a lot of Spanish children cockroaches became an issue and I ended up taking them home. I called the pest Rangers they sent Ted and he was amazing and explained everything and the proper procedures I could take and they solve all my issues. I am so thankful for them.

Rick texted that he was en route, showed up on time, put on booties and went to work. We've used them for years. We get an occasional spider during the winter but there's been a lot less bugs since we started using them quarterly.
