I made the very first appointment of the day at 8:15 am, 6 months ago, for a routine cleaning. I was sitting there for 30 minutes until 8:45 am with zero explanation from the office for why 3 patients were taken ahead of me. If they are overbooking appointments due to frequent no shows, that's absolutely not my problem and I will no longer be wasting my time with this dental office due to the very poorly run office staff. I gave 2 stars because the actual dental work has been good for the several decades I've visited this office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. extremely unprofessional, especially when it comes to children the staff has zero patience. No wonder the reviews on google are what they are. I would NOT recommend this dentist to ANYONE! Takes months to get an appointment just to be disappointed

I am very disappointed with how this office handles young patients. After waiting 6–7 months to get my daughter’s cavities filled, she was fully numbed up, only for the doctor to abruptly turn us away. Right after the injections—when anyone, especially a child, would be squeamish—she got scared and whined as he picked up a sharp instrument. Instead of reassuring her or letting her catch her breath, the doctor immediately sat her up and refused to do the work, telling us to go to a different dentist. I asked him multiple times to give her a second chance to calm down, but he refused.
