If i could leave 0 stars i would, hands down the worst customer service experience from the worst office staff i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never pick up the phone, they never answer their voicemails and aren’t very helpful even on the rare occasion they actually deem you worthy to have your call answered so get ready to go through the whole process again when you ultimately are left with questions.

Never pick up, rarely call back.

TL;DR of this review: There were 3+ different attempts to get them just to send a preauthorization to my insurance, two of them on the line with my insurance to get a gaping hole in my tooth fixed. Never sent it. It's been around 3 months since my appointment when I asked them to send it while I was in the office.

The longer story behind it:

Got my teeth cleaned in mid February and was told I'd need a root canal as well. Requested they send in a preauthorization for one to my insurance, and scheduled another cleaning early that I knew I would have to pay out of pocket.

The office staff sucks, left multiple messages, no return calls. Paid in advance for my cap, call to see what's going on they said i didn't pay. Then they call back a couple days later and said i did pay. Have to wait a month for next appointment. Finally get in to have mold made. Nobody calls to tell me my cap is ready, call to find out it's ready and I have to wait months to have to put on. DMD Nicholson is an amazing dentists, but the office staff is a different story.
