Shady business to say the least, would not recommend! The office staff is worthless and actually for the most part clueless as to how to perform their jobs and that’s just the start! Literally 7 phone calls in one day ALL to get the exact same information! Dentist himself is questionable, seemed to want to help yet the front desk and scheduling little girls wouldn’t follow his directions and weeks later STILL won’t do as he says, he has no control of his own business! The doctor and staff have NO communication going on between them, doctor says one thing and the staff does the opposite. Got a random call yesterday confirming an appointment I thought I must have forgotten about. Showed up today ten minutes early to wait over an hour and twenty minutes and then finally get called back to be told that my teeth didn’t need the work that was scheduled today and wasted MY TIME. I left work for what? Told them no I don’t want to make a cleaning appointment to make up for my wasted time today because why would I want to come back and do all this over again? Nope I said you’ll never see my face again. I’d much rather go someplace whose got their business running steady
Staff was friendly, able to fit me in quickly for an evaluation. Was nervous as the bad reviews are many but front staff was friendly as was the hygienist and dentist. Would recommend 100%
