Today I went to this location to get fingerprinted for a required background check. The agency that referred me to this place clearly stated that walk-ins are accepted and mentioned that they work with this business regularly.
However, when I arrived, I was told that fingerprinting is by appointment only, despite the fact that there were no other customers present at the time. I explained that my profession does not allow me much flexibility, which is precisely why I chose to walk in, but my request was still refused.

Very rude and ignorant employees that work there they should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people that only need literally 5 mins of there time, they need to replace the whole staff immediately.
