I tried calling you but nobody would answer then when I tried again I kept getting an answering machine that said 1 8 0 0 AND HUNG UP!!! BUSINESS HOURS TIME WAS NOT OVER YET AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO SEE IS IF YOU COULD WALK IN OR HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT THIS IS VERY RUDE IN THE NAME OF GOD. PLUS HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. HOW RUDE!!!!!!

So nice there but my hair is so dead it takes a whole hour to brush out and broke a few brushes and I had virgin hair. Bleached it before and it was never this bad, I feel bad leaving a review like this but I’m going to have to cut my hair after growing it out for years. But like I said they are very sweet

They emailed me and asked me to rate, probably should not have done that. I already had reviewed, but now changing from a 4 star to 1. Entire staff turnover regularly, last few times definitely not good cuts, must be new, have to wait every time someone calls or comes in so the the one employee there out of the two answers or takes care of the customers. Some of the employees are super nice, some are miserable, some listen, some don't, some know how to cut hair, some don't. Doesn't matter they probably will not be there the next time.
