After 38 years in one house, so many emotions come to play, along with the millions of details. You need a realtor that understands the time it’s going to take to get you to that finish line. Ty had the patience and unwavering focus to keep us on track.

Compass Real Estate in Havertown is the best! Very detail oriented from the initial meeting through closing. We were kept informed with a timeline which made the process go smoothly. Kate and Tyler are definitely the best for this wonderful community.

Tyler and his team were amazing. Selling Mom and Dad's home was one of the hardest things to do, but Tyler made the process easier then I thought possible. From the initial meeting, to his advice on what should stay and what should be removed from the home were on target. I would highly recommend contacting Tyler if you need an awesome real estate agent. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with.
