My nephew has danced at movements in Motion for over 10 years. In that time I have seen his personality, confidence and sense of responsibility blossom. He has truly found a second home and family that only reinforces our own ideals and values. I have said this to Genesa but I’ll say it to anyone considering sending their child to dance here; it is not just about learning to dance. They are all being taught how to be good people, take responsibility for themselves and how they interact with others. These are things that are really hard to teach adults and when kids can learn this all while having fun it is invaluable and will stick with them their whole lives.

My son is going on his 10th year dancing at Movements In Motion, and for the last 6 years he’s been part of the competition team. This studio has truly become his second home. He’s grown not just as a dancer, but as a person. Under the guidance of his amazing teachers and Miss Genesa, he has learned important traits such as responsibility, confidence, teamwork, resilience, creativity, and, most importantly, respect. i’ve danced here since i was 7 and i am now 17, i’ve always felt welcome and i am even lucky enough to say that ive been able to be an apprentice for the past 3 years! i’ve met my forever friends at this studio and now going into my last year here i’ve realized how lucky I was to find this dance studio!
