Dr. Karaminides and her staff are awesome. They really run an excellent practice here. Dr. K has great bed side manor, makes complex issues/subjects easy to understand and give patients a clear treatment path. Her support staff and office staff also do a great job following up all sorts of stuff (MyChart, prescriptions, asking how you are doing after you go to the ER etc etc.).

Primary cares on West Chester Pike have a tendency to be businesses first and doctors second. That is not the case here.

Overall an excellent experience!

Always a positive experience.
It needs to be mentioned that Dr. Kropp and Dr. Afrin are not associated with Mainline Havertown, 525 W Chester Pike! So Katie Kerl's unhappy experience and negative rating is misplaced. Those doctors are (were) from Family Medicine at Havertown, at 403 West Chester Pike.

Everyone is so professional. All the doctors are so lovely. Melissa has been working for this practice since I was in high school. She is always so wonderful,sweet, and soo helpful. ❤️
