does great nails .. but ALWAYS begging for tips before i can even think about giving a tip . it’s so annoying!! let people be generous and offer a tip before yall go digging in peoples pockets . makes people not want to come back . one lady cut my skin and rushed on my feet the last time and had the nerve to ask for a tip . Usually have a nice experience. Today , I wanted American French manicure for special occasion. It took 3 people to do my nails, 2 of nails have tips and they needed refills . When I asked for the refills it was if I was asking for something special. I had 1 Technician that had to do the refill and the proceeded to tell me that I should not be getting a refill. This was after she put the tips on two weeks ago and told me to get them refilled next time I come in. !!! The refills were done quickly and not well. jenny did an amazing job on this design. i admit i did ask for a difficult design, but she did great! for some reason, three people had to work on my mani pedi and they all expected tips and pressured me into giving them tips. as someone who gets most of their money from tips, no one should ever be pressured to tip. please do better
