I contacted the havertown office and was very impressed with the doctor and receptionist that helped me with my allergy issues. The doctor was professional, very knowledgeable, and really cared about helping me with my allergy issues concerning iodine sensitivity. I learned more about my sensitivity than I had ever gotten over the 45 years I have dealt with this condition and I learned facts that I had never heard before. The doctor, I believe I spoke with Dr Prematta, has great patient facing skills and a work ethic that is hard to find. He certainly rates a 5 stars out of 5, exceeding all expectations. Medical care does not get any better than this! I have been seeing Dr.Michael Prematta for years. He always listens to my concerns and explains things to me thoroughly. The office staff are professional and very kind.
Honestly, this is the best medical care I’ve had in years. Dr. Brennan-Phillips is amazing. I saw some negative reviews about the front desk staff, but I’ve had no issues, they’ve all been friendly and helpful to me. I am newer to the practice (July 2025) so I don’t know who has worked there historically - but I would highly recommend this practice.
