HELP did a fantastic emergency remediation job of cleaning up our basement after it flooded during a heavy rain storm with a long power outage in Souderton. Mike, Keith and Chaz (of the Fedele family) responded to the emergency call and were on top of what needed to be done in order to minimizing damage and keep rebuilding costs as low as possible. They had all of the knowledge and tools to get the job done the right way - the first time.

Mike, Chaz, Keith and the rest of the crew were so amazing and helpful during a very stressful situation when our house flooded. They came out right away and immediately got to work to fix our house in a timely and efficient matter. They were very responsive and we are so thankful for their knowledge and kindness through the whole process. Highly recommend!!!
