Admittedly, the job was rather simple: Scotchgard a new sofa (no pre-cleaning needed). The gentlemen were a little bit late on the first day, but they did call and warn me ahead of time so no major complaint there.

After initial cleaning, I was not satisfied. JMS came back, picked up carpet, and re-cleaned. They did a beautiful job and I am VERY happy with their policy to make their clients totally satisfied with their work.

The young man Khalif, was very professional and very nice and I was also impressed that he pulled this off by himself. I was under the impression that this was a two man job. But he was a one man show I’m very happy on how well the carpet looked. I will highly recommend him again for the job. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
