Just before my company was to come, the heat on my floor tiles went out....I called Craig and he expedited my new thermostat and then came to install on a Friday morning...Ahhhh...warm feet and a grateful client!

When we called to request a quote they came out right away and provided a reasonable estimate. They returned to complete the work when scheduled, and communicated with us throughout the process. Recommended!
