This review is a long time in the making. My husband purchaced a 1 hour massage gift certificate for me as a Christmas gift. My first appointment at this location to try to use my gift was March 29th. The massage I received was subpar and had multiple customer service flaws in the treatment provided by a female massage therapist who claimed over 10 years of experience. There were definitely areas that could be improved upon, and some of the customer service issues or ones that could cause trouble for this small business in the future. The massage therapist, Linda is awesome! She always gives great massages and works hard to make sure you feel awesome when you leave. She pin points the areas that you want her to focus on and uses a variety of massage techniques. I highly recommend her and she is mobile - she can come massage you at your home or wherever is convenient for you. They light candles and make it very relaxing at Ultimate Health & Body Works.
