They take the time to answer questions, verify insurance, and notify patients of billing costs. Dr. Lim is patient, genuine, and kind, explaining eye conditions in an understandable way. The office is in a great location and offers excellent customer service, making it a highly recommended place to visit.

If you're looking for an eye doctor who combines deep knowledge with a friendly, welcoming approach, look no further than Dr. Lim! I can't recommend Dr. Lim highly enough! She is truly exceptional.

I’ve been going here since 2010 and every time the exams and everything else has been wonderful, from Dr. Lim to the receptionist and to the optician. They take the time to search my insurance, verify if i’m in network if I’m unsure and clarify all remaining questions and billing costs. They even notify me what my billing would be which not a lot of other places do. If you’re looking for a new optometrist, this is the place! Dr. Lim is patient, genuine, amiable and of course talk about eye conditions in a way I can understand. Go here!
