David Miseyko was very professional. He did a thorough job. He pointed out areas that need to be taken care of whether now or near future . He showed me all the important things like where the main shutoffs are. How to replace filters etc.for my condo. He really put me at ease that I was buying the right property for me. David was very thorough with his inspection. Very interactive and honest on his reports and verbal report when going through the home we had inspected. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have a home inspection or trying to purchase a home!

It's my pleasure to acknowledge David's exceptional home inspection service he provided this week for our newly built home! David went through all aspects of the home details, provided full explanation of the issues and finally wrote detailed report with all pictures and videoclips so anyone can understand the problems and issues.
