My wife’s favorite place to tan. She drives a half hour to get there. We drove a half hour to get there and they were closed. Although online and on the window it says they are open from 11-5 on Sundays. We got there at 4:45 and the lady there said they lock the doors at 4:45.
Took a break from the tanning bed for a year but decided to come back to it for a trip I’m going on next month. Maddy was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in explaining the beds and packages. Super happy with my results so far and the salon is always so clean and the staff is very welcoming!
Good experience, didn’t realize it automatically renewed month to month after 3 months , haven’t used it since the end of May , noticed it was continuing to be debited ,called snd was informed you had to come in and physically cancel and also come in when mgr is in and explain and we can clearly see you haven’t used it in two months he is pretty fair in giving you a refund! Definitely wasn’t the case he said 🤷♀️ sorry it wont come out next month ! Thinking you could have at least given me one month refund
