I had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely recommend this place to friends. The staff were not only kind but also highly skilled in their areas of expertise. Although I arrived late to my appointment, I truly appreciated that they still honored the full duration I had originally scheduled. That level of consideration and professionalism did not go unnoticed.

I got a 2 hour VIP package and I felt like a VIP! Sue was AMAZING. I was a bit weary because I saw a few reviews that were questionable. I expressed my concern and the manager Rick reached out to chat even though I had already booked the appointment. I really appreciated that to start. When I arrived just a couple minutes late they took me right back and I got situated. Sue came in and worked her magic!!! I was really sore in my neck, shoulders, and lower back and she fixed me right up. Afterwards the manager Rick was on the phone and checked in on my experience. He gave me pointers for afterwards(room temp beverages, no hot/cold air in my face) and that was a nice touch.... read full review

Ms Su is awesome. knows where and how to work the kinks and knots out of my muscles. She is firm and gentle while massaging the achy parts of my body. wish I could get a massage every day. The spa float is the first step to prepare your joints and body to be further pampered at Sapphire. a great place with caring staff. Thank you
