My neck arthritis was increasingly interfering with shoulder mobility and contributing to consistent pain in my neck and shoulder areas. After a visit and being referred to Phoenix by my PCP, I was warmly welcomed by Maddie Brown to my first ever experience with physical therapy at the age of 67. Friendly, professional, passionate, and caring describe all the staff at Phoenix-Hanover. Through a comprehensive, personalized therapy program developed by Maddie for an initial two sessions per week for three weeks of direct physical therapy and ultimately progressing to an in-home exercise routine, my flexibility and strength in these areas have improved and my pain has been minimal. This group of professionals at Phoenix-Hanover came highly recommended and from my own personal experience, I, too, join in highly recommending them for anyone seeking personalized care to improve overall quality of life.
Madeleine Brown was a great help accessing the issues with my leg following my knee replacement .She addressed the issues , with great results in a professional and courteous manner. I will definitely be using their services and recommend them if needed in the future.
